Crank up the intensity in this high-energy interval training class designed to tone muscles, build endurance, and enhance coordination. You'll move through 5 powerful blocks, each featuring:  1 heart-pumping cardio move  1 targeted lower body strength exercise  1 focused upper body move Each block is short, focused, and fierce—perfect for maximizing effort while keeping it fun and varied. Expect bodyweight and dumbbell-based exercises with plenty of options to modify or level up. Class always ends with ab work and stretching. Example Block:  Jumping Jacks (Cardio)  Squats (Lower Body)  Back Rows (Upper Body) Whether you're a beginner or a beast, you’ll leave feeling strong, sweaty, and empowered. Bring water, a towel, and a can-do attitude!
