You'll move through 5 powerful blocks, each featuring: 1 heart-pumping cardio move 1 targeted lower body strength exercise 1 focused upper body move Each block is short, focused, and fierce—perfect for maximizing effort while keeping it fun and varied. Expect bodyweight and dumbbell-based exercises with plenty of options to modify or level up. Class always ends with ab work and stretching. Example Block: Jumping Jacks (Cardio) Squats (Lower Body) Back Rows (Upper Body) Whether you're a beginner or a beast, you’ll leave feeling strong, sweaty, and empowered.
